I bought an iphone 6s from swisscom carrier , yesterday I restored my phone and it asked me for apple id , after I typed my id , it said wrong . I'm sure my id is right , what should i do now ?

Bring it back to Swisscom.
Activation Lock cannot be bypassed.

As ckuan said (or implied), only the precious owner can turn it off. If you can't contact the previous ownwer, try to get a refund. The device is useless to you and anyone else. Apple will not help you.
